DELIVERY
If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept the delivery from J&T Express within 3 attempted deliveries, the uncollected parcels will be returned to warehouse and we will contact you for an alternative shipping method.
Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Box, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible.
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and confirm the order as soon as possible via email.
All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by courier service between Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After successful verification, you can check your order tracking number under “My Account” after 3 working days.
If delivery is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery of the product from the carrier, we (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) would charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND AMENDMENTS
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all orders. We are not liable for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided by you.
If an incorrect shipping address is submitted during checkout, you must call our office at +65 6748 8890 during operating hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) immediately to request an address amendment.
Please note that address changes are only considered valid once our team answers your call and confirms the update. Requests made via email, social media, or any other communication channel may not be seen or processed in time and will not be deemed valid.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, no further amendments can be made. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an additional delivery fee will be required to resend the item.
